Show Notes

On this, the 150th episode of The End of The Island podcast, we had hoped to be running through the results of the Fours Head. However, the weather gods had other plans.

Instead, Fergus, Tom, Ed, and Camilla are joined by Chairman of the Fours Head organising committee and Chairman-elect of Henley Royal Regatta, Richard Phelps, whom we welcome back to the podcast.

We talk about the decision making process that led to the regatta being cancelled and what goes into organsing one of the largest races in the country. We also look ahead to Richard's tenure as Chairman of HRR.

Elsewhere we run down the results from the Gold Cup, Silver Skiff, and Wingfield Sculls.

This episode is sponsored by Filippi.
